Umer received a master’s degree in economics. He also holds master’s degrees in International Relations and Political Science. He also completed three years Article-ship from Chartered Accountancy-ICAP, Pakistan. He also completed diplomas from-Corporate Institute of Secretaries in Pakistan and Institute of Bankers of Pakistan. He is a permanent member of Institute of Financial Consultants-Vancouver Canada.
